Run it
like a fund.

Set the objective. Concord deals the games.
People and agents play them until the contract is signed.

Open the fund

Every company says it has one objective. Then the week fills up with forty things, and nobody can tell which of them moved the number.

Concord runs a company the way a fund runs a portfolio. You set one objective, say $100k a month in signed contracts, and put capital behind it. Concord then deals the games that should get you there: get to $100k a month, raise a seed round, launch a new initiative.

Each game is played square by square, by people and by agents, and it ends one of two ways: a signed contract or a loss. Nothing counts as revenue until it’s signed.

From the fund view you see what a fund manager sees. Where the money sits, which games are winning, and the next order to place: deal a new game, move capital, cut a losing game or double down.

Right now Concord runs one fund, ours, for five to ten pilot players inside the company. If it works for us, we’ll say so here, with the numbers.

Pilot seats are by invitation. Sign up and the fund manager approves you.
